Please make sure your child brings home and takes back to school their Assignment Notebook everyday. You should check it to see if there are any notes from me regarding assignments.

This week's spelling words for Friday's test are focusing on the /f/ sound:

• bigger, spoken, godly, larger, taken, happily, quieter, shaken, absolutely, awaken, happier, eaten, exactly, smaller, calmly, loosen, earthly, lumpier
• We will be transitioning from printing to cursive, so each student when taking the spelling test will have to print and write the word in cursive.

This week's memory work:

• Acts 5:29 We must obey God rather than men!
• Matthew 4:10 Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.
• Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
